So today,with a full tank of fresh gas, (I also added 3 bottles of "Dry gas" to the gas) I was finally able to go and get my car "emissions tested"!
It was due for testing "June 2020"! I was in SNAKEland (I HATE SNAKES) then!
"It passed" with flying colors! (Dry Gas helps to make the engine burn cleaner!)
