Did you vote today?
#1
I voted for any Alderman or Selectman that stopped the Dem Mayor from over riding the tax cap that the voters voted for a few years ago. I really don't care who is mayor Dem or Pub as long as they cannot toss the tax cap and try they will but they have failed so far so i want the good ones to stay in. My fingers are crossed.

So did you vote?

Yes. There was a proposition for more fire protection.

I don't follow local politics close enough to vote on a candidate. I usually just vote in Presidential elections.

Local voting is what will affect you more than the national vote.

Well I'm fairly content with my life and can't think of anything local politicians can do for me except better city parking. And I doubt that is high on their list if it even is on their list of things to accomplish for the City of Albany.

Okay, were they just at the protest or did they participate in the rioting and breaking of things or breaching the capital grounds?

No. There wasn't any voting, and besides I live in a state where both sides care about the people, the animals & the environment so I rarely have any concerns outside of the general election.

Georgia Democrats flipped 41 seats in 21 counties and all people want to talk about is the Virginia governor's race. Thank you, Stacey Abrams.
