If you present yourself as homeless to a council, they are obliged by law to house you.  You will have to prove you are truly homeless.  You will probably get a hostel, then on social housing. 

Of course there are many homeless in Britain, most choose to be, its a culture, if you offered them accomodation, three meals, central heating, they will walk away.

If they are on drugs, thats a problem, drugs in social housing is banned, and there are other problems involved in living with others, like theft etc.

Shocking isnt it, how good things are here?   On Anglia tv, they interviewed a mother and daughter, ethnic, who attended food banks, saying how hard it was money, the government etc.  They were both obese.   Forty per cent of North Norfolk school kids go to school hungry, with no breakfast, its because the parents are feckless and want their booze, drugs, phones, tv, gambling etc.  These childish fuckers want their cake and eat it.    They expect the government to pay for luxuries.
