Thanks, I understand that and pointed out the difference in my last reply. However, the part that you are wrong about is that illegal immigrants have no rights or privileges. Is this the part where I tell you to come back when you are educated? Illegal immigrants are protected under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in Canada and do have many of the same rights as other Canadians, even if they have not attained legal status. The difference is that since they are not citizens, they are subject to deportation if they break the law. The same thing is true, (re. constitutional rights) in the US.

Did you know if a kid who receives special edcuation services brings a weapon to school and harms another student that they can only be placed in alternative school for 45 days? If your kid brings a gun to school, expect to visit them in jail and pay for private school.

Most people don't know the real laws as far as education is concerned. They don't know there is a double standard. They don't know non-English speakers qualify for special education services/504 plan until they can speak English because they usually don't come with educational records from Mexico (I guess the file gets wet during the swim) and they are usually behind American students far enough to qualify, so they get a pass to do whatever the fuck they want and we pay for it. And your kids are all in the same classrooms. JSYK.

Did you know there is special federal funding for illegal immigrant's children but that most of the cost of paid directly by states? Do a search (EIEA, EIEP, Title III, Title VII).

Why is there special funding when we have huge debt, meaning we can't pay for our own citizens, much less illegal residents?

Every child deserves an education. It is the responsibility of the child's own country to provide that education. If Mexico isn't educating their own children, they should be paying us or their parents who snuck across the border should pay for the education.

There is nothing wrong with paying for what you get. I don't know why people think it is such a crime.
