When a child gets admitted into school dont they have to show an innoculation record. Do illegals have the proper paperwork? I have a hard time getting all that shit together sometimes. I mean, you just dont drop the kid off in front of the school and drive away ....right? There has to be a process.

There is no such rule in our constitution, illegals have no rights in this country. that is not to say that they have not been given pleanty of room to fuck us, because they have, and they will continue to do so until our constitution and laws are upheld as they should be.

Wow, my kids all went to public schools with a large population of esl students. My kids did just fine. I did not see them getting dumber because of it. All three got a good education. They read, write and think proficiently. Each tested into gate in elementary school, took honor and AP classes in highschool. I think someone needs to descend from theory to reality.

There is a level above "Proficient" in California. In theory, shouldn't a gifted kid who is taking AP/Honors classes test in the "Advanced" category? Makes you wonder, doesn't it?

Most people brag about their kids passing state/federal mandated tests. They don't realize that a 50% is passing. Like the lady that was bragging her kid with an IQ of 109 was gifted...

I probably know a whole lot more about the reality of education than most people who post here.

Illegals get free medical care from the states. Why is it a problem to show a shot record? You need to worry more about the idiots who don't vaccinate because they think they know better than the CDC and pediatricians.

The feds passed a law saying it was unconstitutional to ask for proof of citizenship from illegals (at public schools). Isn't that a Catch-22? They aren't protected under our Constitution because they aren't citizens, yet they get Constitutional protection. Nuts.
