i am so impressed with my car dealership! believe me, i know this is not always the case!
i have to share this.
last month my son had a road hazard flat on my 2006 Nissan Altima that he is buying from me. the tires were $600. worth and only a year old.
so he takes it to my dealer and they replaced it. then they wouldn't charge me! (i didn't have any warranty paperwork for some reason.)
so now, the 2006 needs oil change, prep for winter.
i called this morning to request the 27-point inspection and ask the cost. they told me no charge plus a free oil change!
these people treat me like a queen! unbelievable.
(i bought a new Altima a few months ago, the battery died in a month, and they didn't charge me for a new one then either)
i could tell you horror stories about the dealerships i dealt with in florida when i had my Jag. i even put one cheating thieving scumbag mechanic in jail.
but i bet you have horror stories of your own. tell!
