It's been three years this month since Whitney Houston was found dead in a Beverly Hills bathtub.

Yesterday, her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown - 21 was found unresponsive in the bathtub. She's in a medically-induced coma in intensive care.



The incident occurred at the Roswell, Georgia home that Brown shares with her husband Nick Gordon (pictured with Brown above). Gordon performed CPR and a police officer took over life-saving measures until an ambulance arrived and rushed her to the hospital.

Police are interviewing family and friends who were at the home and investigating whether drugs and alcohol were involved. Investigators reportedly don't know yet if it was an accident or something else.

She's a damn copycat. She should be ashamed for trying to die like her mother.


I don't know where the line is drawn but it may start with cousins. The kids of dead celebrities seemingly remain newsworthy for a long, long time.

I don't know about any kinda celebrity-tree relevancy line. But, Bobbi Kristina is kind of a celebrity herself -- the D list type. She was on a reality show with her mom and dad. Then, she was on another one with the family after Whitney died. She is also trying to launch a singing career.

There was a fair amount of discussion upthread about how her mom's and dad's lives and her mom's death have impacted her. To me, the story of her current condition is relevant (though unsurprising) as a follow-up.

I think she's kinda cute with the natural gap. I don't think she's gonna pull through anyway. She was moved to another hospital with top-notch neuro specialists but she's reportedly been on the equivalent of life support since the incident.

Meanwhile, there's all kinds of drama going down at the hospital. The aunt who controls Whitney's estate ($12 million, all left to Bobbi Kristina) has a restraining order out against Bobbi Kristina's husband. Bobbi Kristina's husband, who was a kinda foster son of Whitney and grew up like brother and sister with Bobbi Kristina, allegedly demanded that the aunt up the girl's monthly allowance -- the aunt doesn't have to pay it out until Bobbi Kristina turns 35. Bobbi's dad, Bobby Brown, claims the two aren't really legally married. And, some of the family isn't allowed to be there at the same time as other family members. Shit, maybe the girl doesn't even want to wake up?

Roswell police found drugs during a 2^nd search of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s home — a contradiction of earlier reports that no drugs were recovered after Bobbi was found unresponsive and face down in a tub full of water.
Whitney Houston’s only child (with singer Bobby Brown) reportedly attempted suicide after fighting with her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, on Saturday. Gordon and a friend, Maxwell Lomas, 24, discovered Bobbi unconscious and under water upon returning to the house from running errands.
A source told Sandrarose.com that Bobbi, 21, was not breathing and had no heart rate when emergency personnel arrived at her townhouse. A police report described Bobbi’s condition as “drowned” and in cardiac arrest (no heartbeat).
Emergency personnel restarted Bobbi’s heart and transported her to North Fulton Hospital, where she is on life support and brain dead.
There are reports that Gordon and Lomas may have “cleaned up” the home before calling 911. According to reports, the men delayed calling 911 by at least 20 minutes. Radar Online reports that Lomas, who has a colorful criminal history, was arrested on drug and weapons charges recently in Atlanta.
It was this sort of criminal element that Whitney hoped to shield Bobbi from when she agreed to allow her daughter’s boyfriend, Nick, to move into her home after the troubled teen was booted out of his home.
“Whitney was fearful of Bobbi sneaking out of the house at night to be with the boy,” a family friend told Sandrarose.com. The friend confirmed that Whitney — who was high or drunk half of the time — knew that the teens were having sex in her home.
The family is reportedly “afraid” of Gordon and the criminal element that was constantly around him. Houston’s mother, Cissy Houston, objected to her granddaughter’s boyfriend living in the house with her. But Whitney did not want to lose her only child to the streets.
A thorough search of court records by a local attorney show that Gordon and Bobbi were never legally married. Which explains why Bobbi’s aunt Pat Houston took out a restraining order keeping Gordon 200 yards away from Bobbi and the family at North Fulton Hospital in north Atlanta.

I remember when there was so much gossip about her back in the day and overwhelmingly people placed the blame on him. I saw it said she was the good girl who had been corrupted by the bad boy, that he introduced her to drugs.

There is an active criminal investigation underway in Georgia in the Bobbi Kristina case.

Bobbi Kristina had certain injuries that have piqued LE's interest. There is a history of violence between Bobbi Kristina and boyfriend Nick Gordon and police are looking into a possible altercation more than an hour before Bobbi Kristina was found submerged in a bathtub.

Max Lomas -- the friend who discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub -- arrived at around 9 AM last Saturday. He says he hung out with Nick but did not see Bobbi Kristina. He was told she was in the bedroom. Nick wandered away and Max says he didn't pay attention to his whereabouts.

The cable guy showed sometime after 10 AM and Max says he let him in -- Nick was nowhere to be seen. The cable guy said he needed access to the bedroom so Max let him in and discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub. He screamed for Nick, who ran in and administered CPR.

Supposedly, Max claims Nick allegedly cleaned up the home and removed blood stains.

Cops interviewed both Max and Nick and they want to debrief Max again, but law enforcement sources say Max's lawyer insisted on immunity before he spoke again. As of Friday morning Max hadn't gotten immunity or talked to cops.

Nick Gordon has also reportedly lawyered up. He's still keeping his lips zipped.

A co-worker who is black said that some consider the gap a "fashion statement" of sorts, and part of their ethnic feature..like the wider nose, kinky hair and all. She happens to have a gap herself, and wanted to have it fixed, but was told she shouldn't because it was a part of "who she is" as a person of color. She is still not really convinced.
