what's for dinner?

Cabbage roll soup.

I didn't make it though. Got it from the Albany food pantry last Friday.

I think Thursday I'm making smashed potatoes.

I take 2 bags of red potatoes and set the oven to 400 deg
I then take the 2 bags wash them and coat them with olive oil
They cook on an oiled and tin foil lined pan for 25 min
I take them out and just smash them down a little
1 stick of butter melted
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of oregano 
mix it all togeter and pour on the potatoes
1 bag of mex shredded cheese put of top of it all
cook another 10 min at 400 deg
take out and put a dollup of sour cream 
take some scissors to some fresh chives over the top and done

Finish the Porterhouse and marbled steaks on the cast iron pan
Done.

  Smashed potatoes are awesome!  My original recipe came from the 'pioneer woman '  but I've adapted it to the seasonings that we like.

Yes they are! I love those little piles of goodness. I'm putting bacon crumbled up on top of it. My Daughter is cooking that.

Uggg Those stupid steaks that are about 1/8" thick that get put on hamburger buns and when you take a bite the entire steak comes out if you don't bite all the way through. I do not like them fucking things and the Professor knows it. 

I don't know why I pissed her off but it may be about my Daughters new laptop and I want to check it out better before we buy the stupid 1200.00 dollar gizmo, Yeah she's pissed. 

Guess what IDGAF.   I will toss the steaks in the micro wave with some cheese and make an omelet. Bwa  hahahahaha.
