what's for dinner?
I had an apple with pecans. It would have been good with cheese, but I'm not eating anything dairy anytime soon. It causes inflammation and that Fairlife dairy cow video made me ill.

What is this Fairlife Dairy cow video you speak of? Should I look it up? Those bottles always look a little strange to me. I usually drink milk from a local dairy. I gave it up for a while, drank all sorts of wierd things but then I just went back.

Oh God, I just typed in "Fair Life Dairy Video" I'm not watching. Whatever it is looks awful. Fuck animal abusers! Assholes.

I watched for a minute and had to turn it off. They are abusing the cows for fun, stomping on their heads and stuff. I've never been a big meat or dairy consumer anyway. I do love a good steak and cheese occasionally, but I'm thinking about doing without.

And it wasn't the Fairlife founder, he was disturbed as well. But you have so many people working, you dont know what they're doing. It was disgusting.

Awww fuck I am so glad I didn't google that. I would have those images burned into my brain. People who hurt animals should just die. *poof* You're dead.

I'm going to cook some Bratwurst and apple goya sausages so i needed some buns, off to the store I went and I went into the "beer cave" and sat on some beer cases for 10 min. I came out and found some Hawaiian roll hot dog buns. I never heard of them but they sure sound good! How long have these things been out?
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.

They've been out for awhile, there is sliced bread as well. I didn't like it, I thought it tasted like sugar. Weird, huh.

Sad story. And sad for the company when they don't know what is happening. That is terrible.

I know I could be vegetarian if I needed to, but I do also enjoy some bacon and other meat products, but I can live w/out them. I would have to try really hard to give up ice cream tho.

I am almost positive that I fucked up dinner tonight.    I had planned on bean Stew in the crockpot.   I checked out some recipes online,  and none listed the ingredients that I had on hand,   so I decided to come up with my own.   12 varieties of dried beans,   roma and beefsteak tomatoes,   onions,  and bacon, along with appropriate spices.   My fuck up is that I just 'covered ' it with broth, not remembering that dried beans expand!  I've got  a small bowl chillin in the fridge now,  so I can see how tough the beans are going to be.    Worst case scenario,   I take the two loaves of fresh bread that I made to go with it, cut them in half and make pizza bread out of them.

Fuck, fuckity fuck,  I'm so mad at myself right now.

You goober. Put the beans for dinner in a bigger pot and quickly boil them, then return them to the crockpot. C'mon. Do I have to do everything?

Awink

TBH, yes,  yes you do.   The beans were actually fully cooked,   but now I have another dilemma.   The stuff tastes blech!  I was hoping that the bacon and tomatoes would be the first flavor,  but I added too much garlic.    Wait,  I should ask Sally how to contradict garlic.

You can't fix garlic. Once it's there it's there.

Although, Mark is right. You could add some spice to it, but then you'll have spicy with your next flavor being garlic. Maybe a dash of curry too. But then you have Muslim beans.
