Um, no actually. I'm almost a year into serious cardiac rehab. Lost 35 lbs since my event. 3x20 minute cardio sets (treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike) intervalled with upper body weight sets )70,75,80 lb resistance upper body, 90,100,110 lower body, three rep sets each, then 8 minutes of crunches. 4-5 times a week. about an hour and 35 minutes.
I'm actually in the best shape Ive ever been in in my whole life.
I rarely talk to anyone in the gym ever except in the locker room when Im changing out of gear.
