He would be a great candidate.... 10 years ago. He's just too darn old. Simply. If him and Bernie were just coming around the corner... then THAT would be something else. They need fresh faces, new blood, and an invigorating presence.
He probably is too old but I love uncle Joe. I didn't want him to run last time because I thought it would have a negative impact on his elder statesman role.
