When I was interning w/the Department of Children & Families, we had a woman that was involved w/a pedophile that was also molesting the woman's children. i don't have this verified yet, but i am hearing adkins canceled his radio appearance tonight at last minute, and that LE has named both he AND billie as POI. i'll probably not know much more until tomorrow if in fact LE has named her.

Billie Dunn is a Person of Interest in the Disappearance of her daughter, Hailey Dunn, and police no longer need that kept under wraps.

In fact, many within the law enforcement community are tired of her lies and her slander of them.

So was the message from "Bring Them Home Now" on Blog Talk Radio.

Thursday night, Billie Dunn appeared on Bring Them Home Now radio program, perhaps for the last time.

Rachel opened the show by announcing that she had been directed by law enforcement not to have them on the program again, yet in the moments before the show started, Billie was calling in.

Bee Herz had contacted Peter Hyatt stating that there was a Green Light given to speak out the truth of what has taken place in the quest for Justice for Hailey.

Bee said that there are two persons of interest only in the disappearance of Hailey Dunn, and that one of them lied to her, directly.

In an emotional moment, Bee pleaded with Billie Dunn to stop lying, and to go to law enforcement and tell them where Hailey is. Bee was particularly hurt by this case as she desperately wanted to believe that Hailey was alive, and that Billie had nothing to do with it.

In speaking with the District Attorney, as well as remaining open minded about the points of deception from both Billie and Shawn, Bee broke.

There is always a feeling of deep betrayal in a lie. Bee felt it intensely. She had admired Billie coming on the show but as the day unfolded for her, she learned more detail into the case; details she didn't want to believe.

Here, it was coupled with the acute emotional distress of knowing a 13 year old little girl was "out there" and had been throughout the cold months of January and February.

Rachel too spoke of the emotional impact, promising to never forget Hailey, willing to name a mare of hers after Hailey.

It has touched us all.

Shawn Adkins taunted law enforcement by telling them, "you should be looking at me and Billie" and law enforcement responded by doing just that: looking and listening.

Billie said that she was sick of what she was hearing but then said that she hadn't heard anything.

She said she had not been with Shawn Adkins for two weeks since having a "talk" with police, yet was seen with him yesterday. She claimed to have not spoken to police for the past two weeks, but after a long pause, said she spoke to them just today.

They revealed "nothing", she said.

Billie became the most agitated when she was asked about Shawn seeking a plea deal. It is something she could not bear: betrayal. From earliest childhood, it has been all she has known and this caused her to show the most emotion.

Statement Analysis has shown Billie Dunn to be deceptive and as more facts have come out, the analysis has been confirmed.

She is now left with few choices, and even fewer supporters.

It may have been that Bee was her last connection with media where she could continue to peddle her stories.

When Bee broke from the emotion of it all, it may be that this last avenue of access for Billie broke with it.

Bee just wants Billie to tell law enforcement where Hailey is.

Billie had told Bee that she was broken up with Shawn, and wasn't choosing a man over her child.


Bee wanted to believe that Billie would not choose a man, a perverted violent man at that, over her own child because that is how Bee, herself thinks.

It isn't how Billie thinks.

Billie is calloused.

That's all.

Rachel made it clear from the start: the program is about bringing home Hailey and if this means questioning Shawn and Billie, then so be it.

Bring them home now.

As Billie continues to harden her stance and digs in her heels, she needs to remember:

Law enforcement, including the District Attorneys office are made up of men and women; many of whom are parents.

They are human beings.

They care about justice for Hailey.

They don't care that Billie has brought in the national media to their small community. They've got their hands full with what this investigation has yielded, but one thing should be remembered by Billie and Shawn:

These people care about justice for Hailey.

They are not going to be intimidated by media, nor Billie's attempts to manipulate anyone.

Vehicles representing the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Scurry County Sheriff's Office are currently at the home of Shawn Adkins' grandmother in Dunn, Texas, according to bigcountryhomepage.com's Marc Gustafson.

Gustafson says other unmarked vehicles are parked outside the home alongside marked law enforcement cars.

the mitchell county district attorney's office tells ktab's michelle ashworth they went to billie dunn's house to serve a warrant out of howard county to shawn adkins. According to the d.a.'s office, billie lied and said he wasn't there. She was taken to mitchell county jail.

Billie Dunn is currently being interrogated by law enforcement. The charges Dunn will face are expected to be released shortly.

Meanwhile, officers have removed items from the home of Shawn Adkins' grandmother within the last few minutes. Our crews say it's too dark to make a positive identification on what was taken away.


edit later to add: Billie Jean Dunn has been charged with hindering apprehension and prosecution a "Class A" misdemeanor, possession of dangerous drugs and false report to police officers.

Dunn will see Justice of the Peace Williams in the morning and a bond will be set at that time.

adkins and dunn are going to trip over themselves to rat on each other soon.

that tells me they want to get photos of intimate areas of his body for distinguishing marks, moles, piercings, tats, etc. --which further leads me to believe they have probable cause to suspect his intimate areas sans face may be in the porn pics/videos. God i hope the pics are not of him with Hailey. or any children. :(

they may have taken DNA and prints also.

so the dumb heifer billie lied to LE when they came to the house looking for him. this could well be the beginning of the sandcastle crumbling.

Thanks for the update LC...poor Hailey Dunn. NG was following the case for quite awhile but now she's moved on to the Japan disaster & other cases...I hope she goes after Miss Billiebob like she did Casey A.

KTAB's Michelle Ashworth was rolling last night as Billie Dunn was being questioned by investigators at the Mitchell County Law Enforcement Center.



she'll be arraigned, and probably bonded out this morning.
adkins is not in custody.

Billie Jean Dunn, mother of missing Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn, has been arraigned by Mitchell County Justice of the Peace James Williams.

Dunn's bond was set at $6,500 and she returned to jail after the arraignment hearing this morning until she can post bail.

Dunn was escorted from the Mitchell County Jail to the Mitchell County Courthouse this morning in an orange jumpsuit and handcuffs. She declined to answer questions from the media.

During the hearing, Dunn was not represented by an attorney and declined to have the court appoint one for her.

that's $650. for someone to get her out.
