Why do people get so pissed? I just had a customer freaking out on the phone cussing up and down so I laid the phone down on the desk till he sounded like a little ant. I could hear him saying ..hello............hello........HELLO!....... Then he hung up. Fucking puke! Oh, and it was because UPS was running late. Not my fucking problem assmunch. I am glad I dont let these pricks get the better of me and that I did not hear his 5 min rant.
