I passed the gas station while running errands but, decided to get my gas as I was leaving town, twenty minutes later when I pulled in it was 13 cents higher than it had been when I drove by only minutes before. It's still under three bucks tho.

(CNN) -- A British couple kidnapped by pirates has been released after more than a year in captivity, Somali leaders said Sunday.
Paul and Rachel Chandler were seized from their yacht in October last year, just after they set sail from the Seychelles Islands for Tanzania.
A ransom of about $750,000 was paid for their release, local elders said. They did not want to be identified because of the sensitivity of the issue.
It was unclear who paid the ransom, but a local elder told CNN that the Somali diaspora in England played a key role in raising the funds.
"They are physically and mentally doing well, and excited to be alive," said Mohamed Aden, a local elder in Adado.
"Paul and Rachel Chandler are safe and doing fine.They have had a good shower and they are eating breakfast."
Aden was one of the key elders involved in helping secure their release.
Last year, Paul Chandler pleaded for their life in a two-minute video broadcast on Britain's Channel 4. He was surrounded by armed men pointing weapons at him.
At the time, Chandler said the captors could kill them if a $7 million ransom were not paid.
"We are concerned that these people will lose patience and will not feed us -- and I have no doubt that they will not hesitate to kill us, perhaps within a week or so of now if there is no response," he said.
"So, please somebody get in touch. Otherwise we just sleepwalk to a tragic ending."
Last year, British officials have refused to pay a ransom or negotiate with pirates. Officials have said doing so would only encourage more kidnappings.
"The government will not make substantive concessions for hostage takers, including the payments of ransom," the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office said in a statement.
Pirates have been very active off the east coast of Africa in the past several years, operating out of lawless Somalia.

So the mail person delivered a wrong letter to my mailbox yesterdey, it was not addressed to me & or my address. (This is not the first time this has happened)
So I wrote on the envelope: "Delivered to wrong address", and put it back in the mailbox. I wonder how many times "my mail" was delivered to the wrong address, therefore that I never got.
Anyway, I'm curious as to if the mail person will actualy "redeliver" the letter to the correct address. Since by doing so, thereby admitting the error. Mail gets lost every day, it may be surprising to find out how much if any, is thrown down the sewer ?

WELLINGTON, New Zealand – A gas explosion ripped through one of New Zealand's largest coal mines Friday while dozens of workers were underground. Five of them, dazed and slightly injured, stumbled to the surface hours later, and 27 were missing, officials said.
Police said that shortly before the blast the electricity went out in the mine, which may have caused ventilation problems. That may have contributed to a buildup of gas underground. Rescue teams were waiting for word that the mine was safe to enter.
Television footage showed blackened and singed trees and light smoke billowing from the top of a mountain where a 360-foot (110-meter) -long ventilation shaft emerges. A nearby hut had been blown down, suggesting a powerful blast had shot up the shaft from deep in the mine.
Police said there could still be pockets of explosive methane gas in the mine, and air quality tests were underway in the ventilation shaft. The power outage was complicating efforts to pump fresh air into the mine and make it safe for rescuers to enter.
"They're itching to get in there and start looking for other people and a bit frustrated at having to stand and wait," said police spokeswoman Barbara Dunn. "There is concern that ventilation inside the mine shaft may be compromised by the power outage."
Specialist teams were preparing for a rescue bid Saturday at the mine, located in rugged mountains near Atarau on New Zealand's South Island. But Tony Kokshoorn, mayor of nearby Greymouth who visited the mine, said it could be days before it was safe enough for them to enter.
"We are holding on to hope," he told reporters. "Look at Chile, all those miners were trapped and they all came out alive."

More than 4 million people were attending the Water Festival when the stampede occurred, said Visalsok Nou, a Cambodian Embassy official in Washington.
