Oops. I meant to quote that. I'd hate to lose it when you go back & edit as you've been known to do.

I can only edit my posts for some stupid fucking amount of minutes , you on the other hand can edit yours days or weeks after they're made. Notice I used the word "developement" and you read it as growth?

Interesting that someone who has lived as long as you have still remains as fuckin' clueless as the day you were born.

– Steve Sadow and client Howard K. Stern were about to be interviewed

– A celebrity photographer asked Sadow what animal skin his boots were made of

– Sadow: "Dead"

– Paparazzo: "Like Anna Nicole Smith?"

Los Angeles, CA (In Session) – Some boots are made for walking – just ask In Session correspondent Beth Karas.

Moments before being interviewed live on "In Session" on truTV, Howard K. Stern's attorney, Steve Sadow, walked off camera after paparazzo made a "disgusting" comment about his boots.

"What kind of skin is that on your boots?" asked the paparazzo. "Uh, dead," replied Sadow.

After a beat, the paparazzo asked, "Like Anna Nicole Smith?"

Visibly upset, Sadow yanked off his microphone and led Stern off camera, just as "In Session" host Vinnie Politan prepared to toss to them live.

"You know, that is a disgusting statement ... that was just terrible," said Sadow. Sadow then leaned into Karas' shoulder to apologize before walking away with Stern.

Karas was set to interview Sadow after a Los Angeles County judge set aside Stern's conviction, saying there was no evidence he intended to break the law by using false names to obtain drug prescriptions for Smith.

The former Playboy playmate, 39, was pronounced dead February 8, 2007, after being found unconscious in her hotel room at the Seminole Hark Rock Hotel & Casino near Hollywood, Florida.

The paparazzo who made the comment has not been identified.

RE: Annoying Celebrities - Lady Cop - 01-11-2011

the doc has been ordered to stand trial. whooohooo the circus is in town! :B
and his medical license has been suspended.

TMZ
Judge Michael Pastor just ordered the suspension, as a condition to Dr. Murray's bail in the Michael Jackson manslaughter case.

The Medical Board of California has asked the court twice before to yank Murray's license, to no avail. But minutes after ordering Murray to stand trial, Judge Pastor granted the request.

Dr. Murray has 24 hours to notify the medical boards in Texas and Nevada of Judge Pastor's decision.

It's a devastating blow to Murray, because he needs to practice to make enough money to pay his legal team. Murray's team believes the move is designed to take away his right to defend himself in the manslaughter trial.

i don't consider Jimmy annoying, but i don't have a thread for NON-annoying celebs. it would be too short. hah
wonder what he was smoking. heh heh

i LOVE Jimmy, he was the soundtrack to my life in the Florida Keys.

Sydney, Australia (CNN) -- Singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett fell off a concert stage during a show in Sydney, Australia Wednesday, according to a hospital spokeswoman.

Doctors at Sydney's St. Vincent's Hospital listed Buffett, 64, in stable condition four hours after he was admitted, spokeswoman Denise Coughlan said.

She would not give details about his injuries.

Australia's Daily Telegraph newspaper quotes witnesses saying Buffett fell from the Hordern Pavilion stage after singing "It's been a lovely cruise, I'm sorry it's ended."

Jimmy Buffett and his Coral Reefer Band have performed several sold-out shows in Sydney over the past week, the newspaper reported.

Charlie Sheen was rushed to the hospital this morning, TMZ has learned ... and a source at the hospital tells us, "It's serious." (i hear he was snorting paris hilton)

We're told Charlie was taken out of his home on a stretcher and loaded into an ambulance at 7 AM.

Two young women exited the house at the same time Charlie was taken out with a towel partially over his face.

Charlie was transported to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. We're told tests were performed and doctors are waiting for results.

The 911 call was placed at 6:35 AM.

Sources say Charlie was having severe abdominal pains which triggered the 911 call. Stan Rosenfield, Charlie's publicist, tells TMZ Charlie was in the emergency room this morning -- sleeping.

We're told Charlie's father, Martin Sheen, and his mom, Janet Templeton, are at the hospital.

UPDATE: Neighbors tell TMZ Charlie threw some sort of party last night. They heard women inside Charlie's house singing Red Hot Chili Peppers songs throughout the evening. The party went on -- loudly -- well into the wee hours.

edit to add friday...he has entered rehab. for the 5th time.

RE: Annoying Celebrities - Lady Cop - 02-03-2011

not the first time the skank has been suspected of major $$$ thefts.
she was tipped on the warrant, but taking the necklace to police does not let her off the hook, she can still be prosecuted for stealing it if she did.

TMZ
Lindsay Lohan has just turned a super-expensive piece of jewelry over to cops that landed her in the middle of a police investigation ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... last week the owner of an L.A. store filed a police report, claiming a $2,500 necklace was stolen from her business. We're told the store surveillance video shows Lindsay in the store, wearing the necklace before it disappeared, although it's unclear if the video actually shows Lindsay walking out of the store with the jewelry.

Cops got a warrant to search Lindsay's home, but last night -- before the warrant could be served -- one of Lindsay's associates turned the piece over to the cops.

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Los Angeles police say they are investigating Lindsay Lohan for the possible theft of jewelry that was returned after detectives obtained a search warrant.

Officer Bruce Borihanh says the case remains under investigation.

What about Gwyneth Paltrow she is so full of herself. I wasn't surprised to her hear and Madonna where friends. They both think they are so superior to everyone else in world.

I still could not get over, Gwyneth Paltrow getting a standing ovation at the CMA's for guitar miming her song "Country Strong". More nauseating about it was Vince Gill participating in the lie. I wonder what Amy Grant thought of Vince admiring paltrow.

Paltrow sucks.

RE: Annoying Celebrities - Lady Cop - 02-06-2011

Lindsay Lohan hit headlines (again) last week when she was accused of stealing a $2500 necklace from a Venice boutique, which she claimed she simply borrowed and her stylist forgot to return, but the matter is turning into something much bigger than a mere miscommunication.

Lohan will be charged with felony grand theft as early as next week, according to TMZ, and faces a maximum three years in a state prison if convicted.

Los Angeles Criminal Defense Attorney, Steve Cron, told us she may very well be prosecuted over the incident - although it is hardly likely she would be sentenced to a full three years.

"There is a likelihood. It seems to me that she got caught stealing that necklace and it appears that somebody talked her into returning it a week later and had someone drop it off but it was too little too late. She had already stolen it, so I think she will get prosecuted," Cron surmised. "It's unlikely that she is going to get 3 years in state prison because although she's screwed up repeatedly on probation, but she certainly can get a lot more time in county jail. Judge Fox could give her 6 months for violating probation in Beverly Hills and another judge who hears the case on grand theft could decide to send her for more time in county jail or he could send her to state prison. It's more likely that she is going to go to an extended period in county jail. It wouldn't be 30 or 60 days, it's going to be a substantially longer sentence than that."

Paris is so far above those skanks she needs a telescope to see them.
