Ok, I just have a couple questions/comments. I'm actualy at work so I can't type too much..hahaah

1. Alot of people have mentioned Lisa's Ex. Does anyone know who he is? This kid is getting the blame thrown on him and we don't hear anything else about him?
2. I noticed that JC's mom says a few things in this most recent interview that stand out to me..A. She says's that T hears a struggle while on the phone with JC, now I havn't heard that..I've heard what she thought he said but I haven't heard that she actually heard a "struggle". B. She says that the car is in the garage, then she says the cars are in the driveway and the garage and then she states again. The cars are ALL in the garage. Which is it? C. I also never heard that she thought T was inside the house. That's intriguing. D. Now maybe it's just because they weren't moving but the replay of the 911 tapes show she says "they are unconscious"..the operator repeats it...and again she says yes, they are unconscious.. is this after the dad found them or when he saw them through the window? How does she know they are unconscious and not dead? You can't see their face right? and then E. I noticed that she feels that this may be somone making a statement of some kind, I find it interesting that a poster to this site makes that exact claim.

3. If any of you noticed the way T and some of her friends speak/write on facebook, it's kinda, for lack of a better word, "gangsta", does this seem like the type of person to say the house was "ransacked"? This is meaningless really but found it odd.....wouldn't they say messed up, gone through, searched, ??? Ransacked just doesn't fit her personality. Unless someone told her to say that?

4. Anyone ever get more info on this order of protection, or stalking order that she has out there since June of 2010? The person is a vasquesz. Related?

She maybe off her rocker drugs no it is sad everyone deals with the death of a child differently! It may not be the way you or I or anyone of that matter deals with it but it is the way she deals with it and we should give her that. 80 percent of the population has mental health issues in some way shape or form so what makes hers a target because her son was killed and she is in the public eye trying to mind out who did it

To clarify, I think she's appearing in various media because in her mind, she's trying to keep focus on the case and those she feels are responsible. I am still thinking that this was planned and maybe a robbery gone wrong. As stated, the parents were gone. The two kids often were out of the house. I don't know what I think the motive is, but I'm kind of wondering if maybe this was just a robbery. They didn't plan for the two kids to be home and either they waited until Johnny left to go pick Lisa up from work and thought they were clear to go in, then Johnny and Lisa came back home and they were caught off-guard? Which led to them finding the bags and duct tape as their "weapon".

Just a thought. There are so many theories on what happened. Sadly, we'll never know. Until Tiffany speaks up!!

An excellent thought. Further, perhaps T's "job" was to get them/keep them out of the house? That may have been where a breakdown occurred? They may have had to stop home before picking her up?

I find it odd that T doesn't mention a lie detector test or her being under any scrutiny on her FB? Are we sure this is the person in question?

Have you ever wore gloves of any kind cloth or rubber and used tape?It isn't easy and can be frustrating.If they brought the tape with them why didn't they take it with them? These are questions I wonder about.

That's what I was thinking. Either she's doing a really good job at making it seem like she's not involved, or she's completely oblivious to all the talk going on about her.

Someone did verify that it was the correct Tiffany. I'm not sure who it was or how certain we can be but she did post something about JC and LS the day they passed.

Good point about the gloves sticking to the tape. Maybe they were leather, I don't think leather gloves would be that much of a problem.

If they brought the tape with them and there were no prints on it, leaving it would keep it from being found in their car / house / or trash can around their house. It links them to the crime but keeps them from being linked in a way. I don't see two people showing up, pulling a gun on the couple and having one guy say to another one, "search around the house and try to find tape or rope strong enough to keep these two from escaping."

I think they left the tape behind for the same reasons they left the bags and knives, it didn't have anything on it to link them to the crime, so leave it.

Very true, im a nurse and on a daily basis deal with tape sticking to and ripping my gloves. I often rip the tape ahead of time if im planning on using it, or take my gloves off in the process.
Also, im curious as to people saying Tiffnay has 3 children and her 4th on the...isnt she a minor? Red alert of a great lifestyle to me! And as for the way that JC's mom throws Lisa under the bus, I think she is just being a mother-but none the less, its not cool.

Yes she is all over fb, but if you knew her that is totally her style, some folks like the attention sadly to say, that is why so many folks put all about the life and pics for anyone to see, however, she is reaching to any level for the world to know her hurt, sad for sure but have known her not a surprise, all his friends can speak on him and go threw this altogether, so kinda mixed on all the media action, but at the same time what the family is going threw is so hard to bare and everyone handles things not the same, she may feel comfort from writing about him or to him, maybe getting comments about how this person or that person loved him and will miss him feels good to her. We just dont know, I think everyone on here has very good speculations and this is first time I have really been involved with a forum. Hopefully the last, for us it is something to keep new info on cause we did know the family and lots of things everyone is saying is true about the past lives but under know circumstance does anyone deserve to find their child that way,,,,it is just to sad.
