This is from www.truecrimereport.com and was posted by a detective....I copied and pasted it... i just got some new info. story is now that Maytee (johnnys mom) is responsible. she owed someone money or drugs and they came to her house to get it and she said that johnny had it. so they went to lisas to get it and well you know the rest. my resources said that johnny wanted nothing to do with his mom and that is why he was living with the straubs and they allowed him there. i guess the reason why maytee was so MUST on getting ahold of johnny was to tell him to leave and they were coming, but it was too late. i dont know if this is completly true but it kind of fits for me. i must say Maytee has been ALL over the news defending her and johnny and blaming it on lisa and her x xxxxxx. i also found online a Stalking Civil Protection Order on Sarita Vasquez from Maytee..if i remember correctly didnt maytee say that tiffany called sarita and sarita called maytee. and i remember reading somewhere ill have to find it, but i believe it said that maytee has a criminal record, drugs and narkings i believe. has anyone else heard any of this? I was really in awe so I posted it. If you do a google search and type in Lisa Straub, the first link is from truecrimereport- click on that and there are 307 comments. Let's get to the bottom of this!

ONLY my opinion...i don't believe this family were the intended targets. in fact, i think them being away was a factor. there is too much evidence that Johnny had the kind of associates that would do this, not this older middle-aged couple. they've "laid low" because i think they are maintaining some dignity.
i find it very easy to believe 20-something drug thugs were capable of this.

Yes thank you LC, the parent's were not the targets and they are hiding nothing at all, just trying to lay their daughter to rest in privacy and with dignity. As I have posted here before, they have chosen to use "One" family spokesperson and that is Jim Verbosky, Lisa's uncle as you all have read his comments I'm sure by now. They want the focus on the investigation, not their grief, because their grief is personal and requires no publicity. Two of the family members are dear friends and all this family wants is to privately grieve as they publicly support and cooperate with investigators so those involved can be brought to justice. As for hoodlums in South Toledo doing this....I've lived here 40yrs and it is EXACTLY hoodlums from the South end that are the group to do this!!! This is a classic MO from the South end...as we all have learned, Ms. Tiffany's soldier in heaven she brags about was....well hmmmm...surprise, surprise a South end dude who got whacked while robbing someone...As crazy as JC's mama is and she is crazy...Tiffany and her little clan of robbers are my #1 people associated with a "?"

i read some where that they beat jackson is why the judge was forgiving. gonna have to look for it. hope someone will came along a verify it for me. probably a link on here.

I could be wrong, but if you listen to the 911 calls and look at what's been in papers, Serita is her cousin, Serita had a civil stalking order AGAINST Maytee, Serita is the one that was called by Tiff and took Tiff over to the Clarkes house, Serita is the one that was boosted up to look in windows...
