This is from www.truecrimereport.com and was posted by a detective....I copied and pasted it... i just got some new info. story is now that Maytee (johnnys mom) is responsible. she owed someone money or drugs and they came to her house to get it and she said that johnny had it. so they went to lisas to get it and well you know the rest. my resources said that johnny wanted nothing to do with his mom and that is why he was living with the straubs and they allowed him there. i guess the reason why maytee was so MUST on getting ahold of johnny was to tell him to leave and they were coming, but it was too late. i dont know if this is completly true but it kind of fits for me. i must say Maytee has been ALL over the news defending her and johnny and blaming it on lisa and her x xxxxxx. i also found online a Stalking Civil Protection Order on Sarita Vasquez from Maytee..if i remember correctly didnt maytee say that tiffany called sarita and sarita called maytee. and i remember reading somewhere ill have to find it, but i believe it said that maytee has a criminal record, drugs and narkings i believe. has anyone else heard any of this? Let's get to the bottom of this!

I saw that earlier. It's posted by someone using the screen name "detective." He or she is not necessarily (and probably not) a detective.

Very interesting that she was still in her work uniform. I had initially thought when the cops had said that $40 was missing that Johnny or Lisa could have easily taken that money but the whole change jar was missing according to the uncle. Really is possible that the murderers were already in the house when Lisa & Johnny returned.

Also, if Johnny's mom knew there was an available key in the garage why didn't she use it? Did the murders lock the door behind them? Wonder why they closed the garage door? A question I've had; is there a door from the garage that leads outside?

ONLY my opinion...i don't believe this family were the intended targets. in fact, i think them being away was a factor. there is too much evidence that Johnny had the kind of associates that would do this, not this older middle-aged couple. they've "laid low" because i think they are maintaining some dignity.
i find it very easy to believe 20-something drug thugs were capable of this.

Yes thank you LC, the parent's were not the targets and they are hiding nothing at all, just trying to lay their daughter to rest in privacy and with dignity. As I have posted here before, they have chosen to use "One" family spokesperson and that is Jim Verbosky, Lisa's uncle as you all have read his comments I'm sure by now. They want the focus on the investigation, not their grief, because their grief is personal and requires no publicity. Two of the family members are dear friends and all this family wants is to privately grieve as they publicly support and cooperate with investigators so those involved can be brought to justice. As for hoodlums in South Toledo doing this....I've lived here 40yrs and it is EXACTLY hoodlums from the South end that are the group to do this!!! This is a classic MO from the South end...as we all have learned, Ms. Tiffany's soldier in heaven she brags about was....well hmmmm...surprise, surprise a South end dude who got whacked while robbing someone...As crazy as JC's mama is and she is crazy...Tiffany and her little clan of robbers are my #1 people associated with a "?"

I don't know if they beat Jackson or not, but one reason given for the moderate sentence was that Donald's aunt wrote a letter to the court:

Judge Zmuda said he was giving Jackson the minimum sentence because of the circumstances of the incident, his lack of a felony record, and because of a letter from the victim's aunt. The judge said the letter informed him of some of the bad decisions made by Corrigan that led him to initiate a robbery that night.

Thinking I found Mr. Z, I went to the TMC (Toledo Municipal Court) website looking for a robbery charge, he has no record. Still looking into this, I would like to know if this is the correct Zach.

we are keeping innocent people out of this until they are named in main stream media or by LE. and under no circumstances a juvenile is to be named unless LE does.

I've been re reading some pages and I think alot of people have become confused about the civil stalking order in place. Maytee was the DEFENDANT...not the plantiff...SHE did not get a civil stalking order on Serita, Serita got one on HER. Maytee was doing the stalking, not Serita.

Serita is her cousin. Serita is the one that Tiffany called and then Serita called Maytee (breaking the order). Serita is the one (to my knowledge) that was boosted up to look into the window. I could be wrong, but if you listen to the 911 calls and look at what's been in papers, Serita is her cousin, Serita had a civil stalking order AGAINST Maytee, Serita is the one that was called by Tiff and took Tiff over to the Clarkes house, Serita is the one that was boosted up to look in windows...

i may be wrong, but weren't there mutual restsraining orders?

Maybe that's why Maytee always said "my cousin" and never the name.

What has not been mentioned is that she has been dating a boy under the age of 18 and he was with her at LS house the night before partying and playing pool. He was also with her when she susposedly went to LS house and seen it ransacked. IMO I find T story to be BS and nothing but a botched alibi to cover up for a set up robbery for drugs. IMO.... Also LS funeral was yesterday and was private. I feel for them. They are a nice family.

Your not going to find Mr Z. He is a minor. He is only 16 or 17. This is fact. T has a thing for dating younger lads. He was friends of her deceased boyfriend.
