(I won't say his name)...but in Toledo/lucas county..if you live in the western suburbs..Maumee, SPringfiled twp, Holland, Sylvania, Monclova, Waterville..etc. and you get arrested/picked up/charged, etc. you are arraigned in Sylvania Municpal court. if you google sylvania court the website will come up.
if you do that and you put in the ex b/f's name YOU WILL find some criminal charges for him...and if you click on case information it will tell you how the case was adjudicated and what, if any, punishment he recieved.
If I"m allowed I'd post the link..but I don't think I"m allowed to do so... (I'm still learning here!)

another court that we have here in Lucas County is in Oregon. I don't have time to search the court records for any of these people..sadly I have to go to work now : ( ha!
but it's oregon municpal court. it serves the sameway as Sylvania court does...but just for the eastside suburbs of Toledo. You can find it by googleing (is that a word!) it.
and for those non-local folks reading...when you see "CCNO" that's the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio. It's a regional jail.. so it goes county jail, regional jail..PRISON. I think people interchange ccno with prison. but you won't find inmates that are in CCNO on the ohio dept of corrections inmate search page. it's kind of confusing! ok...I'm off to work!

The family is not about publicity...they only wanted to bury their daughter privately and with love. The investigation is fully supported by them, but for them no pics or publicity will be found, she was their baby girl, they want her memory to remain intact and respectful, not publicly strewn, they are kind and good people....they are suffering and in silence they choose to stay only among those they love and trust. This is not so hard to understand or respect...they believe in the justice system and are holding on to that belief. Give them peace...they are not hiding anything, just ask that their grief be respected and private...I think this is admirable. They are not slinging mud at JC or his family, whether they think his associates caused this result, they are being wise and prudent and protecting their daughter even in death. Let them be an example of grace under extreme duress and pressure....let them grieve in private. They don't have to make a spectacle of their loss to know it is not forgotten and will be punished. Let them be, in the words of Paul McCartney...just let it be...an answer will be found, they do not have to participate in the same way JC's family chooses. I have great love, respect and admiration for this family and how they have handled this is not only amazing but in a way that is prudent to solving a case.

I already searched Maumee Municipal Court for the "cast of characters" named or hinted at here. Nothing of any consequence. Maumee handles cases for the City of Maumee and the south western portion of Lucas County (outside of Toledo).

ok this is rumor only, which i never take at face value...i heard someone has left dodge. remember i said i expect a couple people to flee? the killers are looking at death row. i have no confirmation anyone has in fact absconded. but whoever killed these kids is in a world of shit and they know it. Ohio WILL execute. and it's a long wait on death row especially if they are young.

I suddenly feel so guilty for venting....but I have tried t keep it on the high road and I can't stand this Ms. T....did they leave town? hmmmm? Love the can't execute if under 18 clause and as stupid as these people involved are...I think they got that. Don't have a clue who the underaged Z is but I am assuming they are betting on that...funny I am also afraid Ms. T and her associates made these choices based on her baby daddy murderer getting some respite because the shooter/victim was young...think they overlooked he was the victim first and had no or limited criminal activity.....sounds like she picked some junvenile's she slept with to do a jealous deed....I know i am over the top here...but this chick has finally gotten under my skin and PISSED me off!!! I respect this site and am sorry. It will all come out in the wash, I believe and hope. I apologize for my offensive comments again.

I have no inside info, and those who do certainly have presented some compelling evidence that appears to implicate Tiffany, but it still seems odd to me that she would be the perp. Even among the most notorious killers in history, I can't recall someone being involved in a brutal murder who is also the one who first involved the police, alerted relatives to the event, and even drove the father of the victim to the scene. It seems that she is a real piece of work, but that would be a level of coldness almost unparalleled in the history of criminals. Can a female really be worse than some of the worst killers in history?

Not personal, just driven by my own CJ trainiing classes and the crap I've seen from her....it doesn't take a rocket scientist, though we can not presume to know, it keeps on adding up to her knowing something. I'm just tired of how fearless she seems, to not react and make her FB private is just as odd...she has counsel of some bad sort. She has left it public, but she is careful in her comments even for a dumbass like her...toooooo obvious even for us junior dectectives. One thing blaring and obvious she is willing to sleep with anyone, has deep rooted insecurity issues and is comoletely without a sense of sympathy....she herself by her own actions has shown herself to be a sociopath....if she is not then she still needs immediate attention to her lack of remorse, attachment or overall emotional instablility. Just because she posts she loves her kids...doesn't mean she does or doesn't and if you have to post it for the world to see....hmmmmm we all are clever enough to know what that means....I have to stop I have now become too pissed off to be rational!!!
