With all the talk about Tiffany Tiffany Tiffany, let's not forget to save some anger and hate for the murderers themselves who actually laid cruel hands on these two young people, and tortured and killed them, and took them from their families that loved them.

We surely cannot be satisfied simply with implicating Tiffany. No matter how cold her heart and her treachery, those literally with blood on their hands have even colder hearts, and must be found, proven guilty and punished.

After reading hundreds of true crime books and following cases, I can tell you my readings show a large percentage of the killers are deeply involved (most do not want to be of course) in the cases early on and give the early alert in some manner-most are directly tied/last known to be with the victim-a LOT more via third party which is EXACTLY what Tiff did. Many killers do what Tiff did: rather than call police direct, they stage fake calls/concern, set up an alibi-realizing they are up shit creek, call someone else who DOES feel a need to call police and get them involved so the some one else gets involved doing the dirty work and finds the body. Yes, most times the killer does NOT want to be the one to "find" the body so they call around/gather the family/friends of the missing/murdered and express concern and someone else gets called in/calls the police and has to find the bodies. I believe Tiffany knew they were dead, called friends about her "concern" because cell calls/towers or other evidence may show she was driving there or link her to calls from unsavory people around the time this all went down and she HAD to look like the worried friend because something out there could potentially take her down and in her unskilled mind, she thought she could set up an alibi. Her mouth and the comments she made most likely will help take her down, in my opinion.

Anytime a spouse goes missing and the spouse is the killer-the spouse is the one that usually alerts a family member or police to his/her disappearance so thinking Tiffany would never call anyone or go to the scene of the crime is absolutely false. People do this often-sadly, especially happens when a loved one goes missing and the killer even helps in the search, media interviews about how much he loved her, how happy they were, blah blah blah. Lots of killers want to appear "helpful" to the case to save their own hides-exactly what I think Tiffany was doing. Tiffany knew something connected to her to the scene or someone possibly knew she had plans or a connection to be there-she made up the "hearing struggling & shouting while on the phone" story to put herself far, far away from the murdered couple when the attack happened and give herself an alibi that proves she has NO connection to the murders of course, because she was a witness to it!! She is full of BS and will go down...JMO

Sorry I left work and haven't been on since. I am assuming Maytee is the one who posts on RIP Johnny. Her most recent post was made at 1PM which several people made comments on, and she responded with her typical =,,,,,,,,( posts. Just struck me as odd that she'd be on FB/phone posting things at 1pm when her son's showing was starting at 2PM.

Also in regards to what I posted about why would Tiffany bring herself into this case if she was innocent?

Tiffany may have been there at some point during the murders, maybe not. I think at this ooint she set it up.I still believe her phone alibi was her attempt to show she could not have involvement because she heard the start of it go down, in her mind that makes her look innocent, especially id she was not near the house. This day and age perps do not have to fear just fingerprints and dna anymore. Electronic records, computers, cell calls/towers and many cameras being used all over cities and neighbors are additional worries/proof of criminal activity as well and come back to convict criminals. Tiffany may not have been near the house when this all went down-she may have just helped set it up. I still feel she was somehow involved and just as guilty as the rest if she is involved. I think the cell records, text messages, and pings will be interesting.

With this being said, if dealers are using throw away phones to communicate (you know the type of phone/card you can get for a certain amount of minutes), can you only trace these phones to the place they were purchased and numbers they call? Can you ping towers of any cell calls in the crime area around the time of the crime or must you have a search warrant for only certain known phones/numbers that must be approved by a judge? I am guessing you must have a search warrant for a certain person or number or phone because it could violate the rights of innocent people in the area but not sure?? Can you share your knowlege about this Lady Cop? Thanks!

I wanted to point out a few things that may or may not have any relevance?

1. Tiffany has posted pictures of her sons, kissing them etc. after Maytee posted pictures of Johnny on his memorial FB page. It seems sadistic to me. Like she's making a statement and taking a jab at people who just lost a son.

I don't think revenge is solely attributed to the Hispanic race and I certainly don't think Toledo is a city of "Angry Hispanics" since I live him and hardly ever get angry..
I think you might be confusing the Hispanic people as a whole, with

HOOD RATS that happen to be Hispanic. The Hood Rat Gangstas are all about revenge, violence, etc. and personally I think JC family and certain associates qualify as hoodrats. JC dad and mom have already publicly threatened whoever did this, and who knows? maybe they can keep the "gangsta mentality" alive and well in this city by the shit they post and the shit they do.

I think they can obtain Johnny's phone records to get any info they need. Once they have the phone # Tiffany called him from, I'm sure they have ways of obtaining her info as well.

i'm not sure what the question is. but i will say i am not conversant with how pings/disposable phones work. that's tech stuff i don't fully know. but phone records do tell a story once they are submitted.

Thank you. I tend to think this was a personal crime-a robbery and/or drug deal gone wrong but by people known to Lisa and Johnny. I know back in the old days (showing my age, lol) dealers would use pagers so I am guessing the drug criminals use throw away phones for protection rather than a phone they register with a long term contract. I am wondering if these types of phones were in use and not regular phones used by suspects:

1. If someone gets a phone card or a phone with prepaid minutes, are they as easily traced as regular cell phones? I have never used one so not sure if you can pay cash and get the phones and cards or must show id, etc. I work downtown in our city and I always see meth heads and obvious drug users buying lots of phone cards at the store across the street when I go other there to buy anything nad wait in line at the cashier.

2. Can law enforcement get a search warrant for ALL calls/phones pinging near the crime scene the night of the murder or can they only put in a search warrant for phone numbers only known to belong to persons of interest in the case? Since there seem to be unsavory people involved in this case, I am thinking some may have throw away phones they use for drug deals on a regular basis instead of a cell phone registered to them, so commuications may have been made via throw away phones, esp after the murders happened if that was not the original plan.
