wars is very similar...it has bled over into El Paso as well. Im pretty sure
that its bled into other communities too, with all the illegals crossing the borders everyday.

Actually, the violence in Juarez has not yet spilled into El Paso. Attached is a newspaper article from August that states while Juarez had 1700 homicides so far that year (2010), El Paso had only one homicide. El Paso's overall crime rate had gone down as well.

Thats because they are abducting people from El Paso and taking them
across the border. You can literally stand on the main hiway in El Paso
that runs along the Rio Grand and in some spots throw a stone into
Mexico. My husband works there (el paso), we have tons of friends there, and even
more friends that live and/or have family there in Juarez and in El Paso Its in our
newspapers and in the daily gossip at any coffee shop here. I have
students who have actual family that these things have happened to,
woke up to find a body in this condition in their front yards in Juarez...
American bodies...OR people who have visas or green cards to work in
El Paso and cross the border every day to go to work....
its happening...but the bodies are found in Juarez. A very very close family
friend had a brother this execution style death happened to, and his
death was, unfortunately drug related. He had been clean and sober for
several years, and had a setback that ended up killing him.

woman. The sister said her house was raided by federal marshals because
BC and MM were there. It happened on Valentines day.

I'm not sure of MN's codes but I'm guessing that "Felony F HD O/Authority" just means he was picked up on a federal warrant for hold for "other authority" or something along those lines.
Could be interstate flight to avoid prosecution, probation/parole violation, etc.
