Would the Broncos really take a chance on Johnny Manziel? I just read that rumor.

I doubt it, look how quick they jettisoned Tebow, and he had nowhere near the off field issues.
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.

Will Smith, former Saints Defensive Lineman for the Saints, was killed in a traffic argument a week ago.

I had a guest professor/speaker today for Quant decision making. He said he had to get grades in by today for his Executive MBA class he was teaching in New Orleans for a lot of sports professionals. Former and current players who own businesses and such and want a career after sports. He brought the finals on the plane because it's a great way to get stuff done and pass the time. The name on the top final was Will Smith's. Man.

It's a very sad story. Whatta waste :(

Darren Sproles was at the viewing as well as Sean Peyton, his assistant coach and team owner. Pierre Thomas bought Will's wife who is in a wheelchair after being shot in both legs.

This ^ is very Ramsey-ish.

You know, trying to say something, but not saying anything at all.

Drew has ended his association with Johnny Manziel. That kid is as dumb as the day is long. Jesus.

Agent Drew Rosenhaus has officially terminated his representation of Johnny Manziel, a league source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

It marks the second time in two months that an agent has severed ties with the former Cleveland Browns quarterback.

Rosenhaus announced last Wednesday that he had informed Manziel of his decision to terminate their relationship, but that he would reverse the decision if Manziel entered a treatment facility within five days.

Agent Rosenhaus to Manziel: Get help, or I'm done
Agent Drew Rosenhaus has terminated his contract with Johnny Manziel, saying he will rescind the termination only if the QB "takes the necessary steps to get his life back on track."

"I have informed him that if he takes the immediate steps I have outlined for him, that I will rescind the termination and continue to represent him," Rosenhaus said last Wednesday. "Otherwise the termination will become permanent. There is a five-day window for me to rescind the termination. I'm hoping he takes the necessary steps to get his life back on track."

Rosenhaus has never fired a player in his 27 years as an NFL agent, according to ESPN's Ed Werder.

Manziel's previous agent, Erik Burkhardt, announced in February that he had ended his representation of the former Heisman Trophy winner, saying "accountability is the foundation of any relationship, and without it, the function of my work is counterproductive."

I put a W next to that one. I believe we will split games with the skins and Giants this year, but if Romo stays healthy they sweep us. I have us finishing at .500 this year.

Eagles getting a QB in this draft baby. Time to trade Bradford and ride Daniels for a year.

Don't care about the compensation. It's worth it.

Just checked the 2015 total QBR for qualified passers:

1. Carson Palmer
10. Aaron Rodgers
11. Tom Brady
13. Teddy Bridgewater
31. Sam Bradford
33. Nick Foles

Really surprised by all of these.

Common sense would tell you that Rodgers and Brady would be Top 5, and that Bradford, Foles and Bridgewater would be much closer together.

Teddy is approaching that elite level. Just imagine what he might be able to do if he can find a wideout that'll go get those 5050 balls.

I don't want to hear anyone bitchin' about Howie. That isn't directed at you, meaning you would bitch, it's just said in general to a fellow fan.

Oh the tears are flowing. "How could Howie do this." "We have 2 picks in the first four rounds." "After all the Chip-reversing, he's worse than Chip."

It's been amusing to me. I wanted the Eagles to get a passer this year, and I thought the Browns wouldn't give up the chance to get one. If the Eagles didn't use a first on a QB, they had to wait till the third, and by then you're just hoping.

But more importantly... I want Doug to tie his career to a QB. Andy had his (Champion)Ship tied to Donnie Mac. Chip just had big question marks with QBs - Vick, Foles, Barkley, Sam, Mariota, Sanchez - ugh... too much searching in too few years. We get a young passer to take the future reigns, we can evaluate his ability, and we can hold Doug responsible for the results. I love it.

There's been more talk about the RB out of Ohio State landing in Philly.
