Seems like everyone is writing a book or writing a book with help. The book advance that they get is mighty enticing and a great motivator.

He's fact checking. Something is either true or it's not, there's no "storyline" or "both sides of a topic" involved.

I read his comments in full, he prefaced them by saying "experts say". Yeah, it is my cup of tea. I get news from a variety of places and none of them are the Conservative Treehouse, I prefer fact based reporting.

That would be like me citing Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck and Mike Savage as the "experts" I am reporting on. C'mon smarten up.

Holy shit, you're telling me to die in a fire. The experts he refers to are - Lori Cohen - director of the Anti-Trafficking Initiative Martina Vandenberg - president of the Human Trafficking Legal Center Bridgette Carr - director of the Human Trafficking Clinic at U of M law school. Those woman know what they are talking about. They are experts in that particular field.

I like Senator Chris Coons alright. But, if he tells me that it's easy as pie to hit 15 three-pointers in a pro basketball game and an NBA all-star tells me it's very difficult and why, I'm gonna go with the NBA all-star (whether I like him or not) because he's a credible expert with first-hand knowledge.
But, expert observation/analysis, facts and truths do not matter to some people. These days, there are a whole lot of those such people. If a party or politician they voted for or like says it's true, then by god it's true and must be defended. In the minds of such no-matter-what loyalists, it's true and that's that. All evidence to the contrary is simply 'fake news!' reported by hacks or haters, no matter how credible the content /source of the evidence to the contrary.

So from what you folks are saying is because Trump said bondage is involved in human trafficking that the U.S. Mexican border does not have a ton of human trafficking?
Got it........... A third of the people annually trafficked into the United States are from Latin America and the vast majority of these people enter the US through the Mexico-United states border. This extremely porous border has historically been the site of one of the most protracted labor migrations in the world, and is North America's largest transit site for young children exploited in labor and sex trafficking as of 2011.Texas is a particularly important transit site for domestic trafficking; around twenty percent of domestic trafficking victims pass through the state at some point on their journeys. Human exploitation

Because Trump said they are getting duct tapped and tied up I guess that means it does not happen. That's the message it seems. Or maybe the real message was again to put Trump in a bad light. I believe that is the real message here.

That seems kind of weird to be laughing about a high ranking government official's trip to a war zone being publicly exposed.

Well you're kinda weird so you should "get it" ..............everyone else does. Pelosi gets what she gives. I suppose the Senate floor will be a good a place as any to give a SOTU address a little smaller venue but it should be fine. I don't think she's invited though.............
