In Ireland a Red carpet is blood.

In an interview with Tucker Carlson airing tonight trump refers to what it was like when he surrendered at the courthouse last week.

VIVA GRANDE BRITAGNE.

Didn't the Trumps go to Ireland, expecting the red carpets to be laid out and got the opposite?

Trump went to Scotland to build a golf course on a priceless ecosystem at Balmedie, which was consequently destroyed. He was treated like royalty when he arrived, and was universally hated by the time he left -- even by the politicos who sold out their nation for what they thought would be a swanky tourist trap that would boost GDP.

Not sure about Ireland.

And the bestest and hugest poop stain ever. There's never been a poop stain greater than Trump's.

I see Trump has posted that WE DON'T NEED A WEEK PRESIDENT! and MICHAEL COHEN IS A CEREAL LIAR!

So, those of you who want to support him, knock yourselves out!

It's public knowledge that Michael Cohen lied to the Senate Intelligence Committee on behalf of trump in order to have his statements backup the statements trump was making in regards to Russia and doing business with the Russians. Given Cohen's reputation as a liar it helps tremendously that he has documents to backup his claims and soon we will all see what they are.

The money came from Cohen. That's been out there for a long time now. Cohen paid Stormy (at the direction of trump) and trump reimbursed Cohen and accounted for those payments by listing them as legal expenses.

Now . . . tie that into a Campaign Contribution . . . or funds coming from campaign contributions.

That's the "felony" missing piece . . . along with a few other specific details . . . but THAT is the crux.

Yeah, and then there's the payment that David Pecker (man, whatta name) paid to the playmate model on trump's behalf. He has testified before the grand jury on 2 separate occasions now.

Don't forget "Catch and Kill" . . . there's the potential tie.

The one thing that has been really bothering me about this whole case is "Why haven't we heard from either the firm or the accountant that prepared the financials?"

As you can imagine, that question hits home, with me . . . especially if I was the one preparing his statements.

My profession has strict rules . . . and consequences . . .  for not abiding by or obeying them.

Simply put:  By what reasoning or authority was this payment classified as a "legal expense" . . . and subsequently recorded as such . . . by a CPA?

As an accountant, I'd better have a damned good and verifiable explanation.

One of his accounting firms stopped working for him back in (I think!) 2022 and sent a letter saying that it couldn't stand behind the statements it had made in the past 10 years. They said their financial reports couldn't be relied on. His main accountant is sitting in Rikers as I type this. I think there is at least one more and I don't know enough to post about him.
