Wow. I see what you mean.

"Niggas" is used in a different context than "Gorilla" as you know, Cracker. Though, I don't use either word to describe other human beings. So, your point is what, exactly?

Whatever phone Tiffany or ? called Johnny from, can be traced. Once they have his records, I'm sure they can find out anything they need to know.

OK i thought you were asking me some technical phone stuff. i would pretend i didn't hear you. hah

warrants need sworn affidavits supporting probable cause before a judge will sign them. you can't just get warrants for everybody who pinged off that tower that night. there has to be a nexus to the suspect.

I agree and I apologize for not making myself clearer. Lets say LE gets warrants for the phones of all involved including the victims and potential suspects. A number(s) shows up around the time of the crime and is tracked inbound to one of the known phones in the search warrant.

Can people buy prepaid phones where there are not signed contracts
showingwho purchased them? Is their a serial number or anything assigned to them which will lead back to where the phone was purchased and can a person pay cash for a phone and not have ANY record who purchased it, besides potential video footage during the purchase? Sorry I have had the same cell phone plan for many years and have no clue it is it easy or hard to get a disposable phone-time to google and check out the link someone else just kindly posted.

Plus I have heard about cloned phones and I am sure that could be a possibilty as well with known criminals but again, I lack knowledge about this and how they work. Just wondering if murderers could have used a phone while at the crime scene or nearby it if they thought it was untraceable to them (for example they could have used it to stay in touch with Tiffany and she could have one as well if she is involved in dealing) that night when it CAN be traced easily and come back to haunt them. Time to do some research Smiley_emoticons_smile

As for the comment from fresh bait, maybe your right but i believe that cocaine is more expensive and so is herion than percs. WAY MORE EXPENSIVE, believe me. Also havent you heard that they addicts enjoy snorting the stuff. whether it be in pill form or not. crushes it make it looks like you are getting more. JMO...But I could be way off base here. However, I BELIEVE THIS WAS DRUG RELATED AND the people who killed them didnt have money to pay for the requested drug that they arranged for Johnny to have there. Also r they sure that Johnny actually picked up LISA at TGIF's?
crushing and snorting will hit your blood stream in seconds. thats why they would do it that way. hard core imo.

It's probably not that complicated. Yes, there are serial numbers and assigned phone numbers to various companies. Throw away phones are traceable to an extent. In a case where such a phone was used, I'm sure the only evidence necessary would be a call coming to J's phone at the time T said she called, and/or testimony of other friends saying what T's phone number was. Remember Sharita got a call from T as did Johnny's Mom.

I don't think anything is totally untraceable when it comes to electronic footprints. Especially given T admits to making a call. I think she did this because she had a known, registered number and she needed to try and explain contact with JC on the night of the murders.

I also can still access it. I'm not sure they can make it private considering it's a "fan page" of sorts. It's not something you have to request access to, you simply "Like" the page and you're a member. I know LC probably won't understand since she's not a FB lover, but anyone can "Like" a page like this whereas others you must request to be a "member/friend" and the administrator must accept.

They must have changed some settings requiring you to be a FB member to see the page :(

I'm still waiting to hear from word on the wake and how things went. I really expected there to be something on the news about it.

While I have no proof, jealousy was a motivator here and Ms T is a jealous bitch....hope you had fun bitch, ride soon to be done.. Gloves off, tried to remain kind, but she disgusts me......whether thru LE or the Hispanic community....you are just damaged, evil and welll.....only my opinion from my experience with Toledo and it's Hispanic community over the years.,,,not to sound vindictive, but I finger her, in one way or an other she is part of this & I AM CERTAIN they do too! Sorry for her luck, NOT they are not to be messed with because jail time is nothing to them for the revenge of lost loved ones...not just in Toledo, all over in their community.

Just had to respond to this since I'm Hispanic.
I don't think revenge is solely attributed to the Hispanic race and I certainly don't think Toledo is a city of "Angry Hispanics" since I live him and hardly ever get angry..
I think you might be confusing the Hispanic people as a whole, with

HOOD RATS that happen to be Hispanic. The Hood Rat Gangstas are all about revenge, violence, etc. and personally I think JC family and certain associates qualify as hoodrats. JC dad and mom have already publicly threatened whoever did this, and who knows? maybe they can keep the "gangsta mentality" alive and well in this city by the shit they post and the shit they do.

Don't lump all us Hispanics into one...Those Hoodrats that are Hispanic give us ALL a bad name, but were not ALL bad! hah

Excellent statement!

jash do you happen to know if this BD ex-boyfriend's family has an outdoor oriented business? Thanks!

Thanks for calling me out, I actually wrote that after speaking with two of my Hispanic friends who are very well educated and from good and kind families but gave me a talking to about taking care of their own and what they think is possible. I didn't mean to loop all Hispanics into a group and that was unfair.,.I was just fired up by a conversation. I regret my posting an apologize, it was not written in exact text as i meant and was not read in exact text. Just sorry, was venting and frusterated and fired up by my incredibly spicy and spunky Hispanic friends, who btw are not vengeful either, just filled me in how the hood rat crowd does business. Please except my apology. I tend to get emotional:(

TYSM for clarifying this. I hope with all my heart they were not smart enough to stay in touch using throw away phones for all communications while keeping their main cell numbers quiet except to set up the alibi for Tiffany and any others, so they could not say see, check my phone, there is nothing incriminating on it. I think the robbery/drug deal was planned but not the murders, which would cause a more thorough investigation. Thus, Tiffany would not have been worried about using a regular cell phone if she has more than one while she helped set this up and stayed in touch via phone if not there when it went down. I hope the cell records help solidify the evidence against all involved in this crime.

Tiffany also seems hardcore and not sure if she will crack right away if evidence links to her via cell phones and they need her testimony to get the others- if a confession is needed to help nail the others and secure additional warrants. I hope so and hope the DNA evidence will come back with solid evidence to help seal the case.

We surely cannot be satisfied simply with implicating Tiffany. No matter how cold her heart and her treachery, those literally with blood on their hands have even colder hearts, and must be found, proven guilty and punished.

Right you are. I thought about this very issue (zeroing in on someone) with respect to half assed and corrupt prosecutors. There are SHITLOADS of cases of innocent people sent to prison, including death row, because the system wanted to badly to hang anybody. Not that long ago, some innocents were probably put to death. Thank GOD for DNA and organizations like The Innocence Project because we have seen one hell of a lot people released, even after doing DECADES, because the DNA proved their innocence.

A very good book on this subject is John Grisham's, The Innocent Man. It's his only non fiction book. It covers the story of a guy who looked very guilty and spent years in prison (which made him crazy) and he was innocent. Corrupt and stupid officials all over hell and gone and not one them has been punished for destroying that man's life. I wept when I read the book.
