This is becoming ridiculous. Not everyone who enjoys rap is a murderer. Ever listen to Johnny Cash?

"When I was just a baby,
My Mama told me, "Son,
Always be a good boy,
Don't ever play with guns,"
But I shot a man in Reno,
Just to watch him die,
When I hear that whistle blowin',
I hang my head and cry."

I think we're getting ahead of ourselves here? Probably best to discuss the case, sans the paranoid theories about social engineering by liberals who are attempting to destroy the fabulous, perfected society we knew in the days where state sanctioned slavery was lauded as a right.

Oh, boy, here it comes

Latest rumor going around Springfield Twp...

JC ratted on someone(s) while he was in prison so that he could get released early. Once he got out, he owed someone(s) ~$2,000. Then the hit was ordered.

I'm not implying that there was more than 1 person he ratted out or owed money to, I just forget what the other person told me.

But why include Lisa?

2 people like this..

XXXXX But time does exist, despite what you're pursuing. Hence why there's always that doubt in the back of your mind, "What if I don't have enough time for this?"
And the only actual inevitable's in life, are things like death, pain, suffering, s...tress ... No one really pursues those.See More

XXXXX Time is something to help us under stand life better but its just an illusion a life time can go in a blink of an eye

475 Entertainment time is nothing more than numbers to put a frame or limit on something, but if u take those numbers away, take away the majority of the sleep that most people use, your life will almost seem as if it is timeless, especially after the sleep ...deprivation kicks in n starts fuckin with you hahahaa, but actually theres exactly 2 people i know that just pursued pain, suffering and death in those exact orders...the 2 punk mutherfuckers who stole my shit, i would never call it a robbery cause they aint rob me or hold a gun to me, they simply stole some shit n took off...even with the fact that i know everything about them, where they do business, all their closest people and even where they sleep...not too smart on their partsSee More

Well isn't this fucking comforting. I empathize w/Maytee because as a parent I could see myself going balistic while these shitbags laid around scratching their balls & eating cheetos.

I like the existential discussion of time with the ever so smooth segue into somebody's going to get murdered for stealing his shit.

hah

That right there would have been enough to get them killed, assuming it's true. I'm not a fan of the justice system using jailhouse snitches because they often lie and/or should not be released, themselves.

I forgot to add that the rumor included TW setting them up, which isn't anything new.

jailhouse snitches are usually accorded the weight of credibility they deserve. but they do get to testify. and the jury can determine whether they are truthful. it takes a lot more than some other con to get someone convicted.

On the new page Maytee has, an aunt is given credit for saying that Johnny was a mamma's boy. If that is 'gansta talk, it may not be as sweet as it sounds. Def: * I censored.
mama's boy
1.Some loser who takes orders from his mom constantly like a little b&&&h.
2.A man who cant keep a woman because his mommas jealous of his girlfriends, and acts like she his wife;the girlfriend is the other woman.

In your most humble opinion, do you find the rumor source to be credible (to you)?

Quote:Here is the court record of when JC was arrested, that we couldn't find in Lucas county(I found it under one of the other defendant's name)and the 2 guys he was arrested with, it has JC's last name spelled wrong, but it is him at the end it says that his probation is terminated due to death. Here is the link

Great find!! It was driving me crazy that I couldn't find it.

Interesting that Johnny retained Jon Richardson as his atty. Jon is a widely known, VERY expensive, high priced atty. here in town. At one point (maybe still) he was considered the BEST in Lucas county. Were talking about a guy that MINIMUM would seek a 10,000 retainer. Wonder who came up with all the cash for BOND (100K) even at 10% that's still 10K plus Richardsons fee. Wonder is Maytee put up the cash? But she solicits donations for funeral? hmmmmm

I then see that the other two lowlifes ALSO got high priced, well known attys. Again, both these attys would ask for thousands in retainer fees.

None of the 3 had public defenders, but to my knowledge, had no jobs either...I couldn't believe it when I saw the names of the attys these guys had!

Yeah, I realize that. It's just that I don't like the using of people who are willing to say or do anything to get a reduced sentence. It's a conflict of interest.

Perhaps because it makes sense when some ponder the victimization of the wealthy, while claiming that poor people aren't really victims? Smiley_emoticons_smile

Doubt it, sorry. Someone knew LS and JC were alone that weekend. The police said robbery gone wrong. I'm betting they know something.

This is interesting question because a family member is in the legal community here and they have stated that attys here are desperate for money. This is a town that has the U of T law school, so we have WAY to many lawyers for the size of the pop and they are barely eeking out a living with our economy. For those of you that don't know, Toledo was just voted in the top WORST 20 cities to live based on housing continuing to slide, job loss, economic recovery possibilities, etc. When the robberies occurred, these guys were just some more lowlifes that got caught, so to post bond, hire Richardson...SOMEBODY came up with a shitload of cash.

I've done record checks and can find no house or mortgages in either Maytee's name or her husbands name (john P.) I know what street they live on, and it's highly likely with the no mortgage, no address coming up that they are renting...so they didn't put up a house to my knowledge...CASH BABY
