He was locked up maybe not as eary as march but for sure during the summer. He was in the same umm I dont know "cell block," lol section as a family member of mine. I had to send a food box to his name from this family member of mines bank account. I hope he dont read this haha. They bought him or shared with him food and such till his finacials were straight then had me repay him. Also they are only allowed so much per week and I guess a few guys who dont really have support systems let people send extra boxes to their names for food or other items. Not as unusual/uncommon as it may sound. June and July Im almost certain but do not know how long SW was in befor him or how long after he was released.

BellaMia,

What a muddle! I double checked the Court Records and Samuel Williams did not serve any time at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio 2011 this year BellaMia. He was placed on Probation 6/30/2010 until 6/30/2011.

Undercovercameo asked a question did Samuel Williams leave town after the murders? 2011 after checking the records (take a look yourself) he could have disappeared for awhile.

2010 now he may have served 30 days at CCNO and maybe this is when your family member met him - did you meet him BellaMia? how does your family member feel about Williams? 30 days isn't that long! where was Samuel's mother and live in woman Starla if he needed food parcels? So after pondering over your post there are other Samuel Williams' out there. They come from many other counties surrounding Lucas County, could your family member have met a different Samuel? maybe he recalls a tattoo Williams had?

NightOwl, the record clearly states that Samuel Williams was in custody on 5/06/11. It isn't clear when he was arrested, but it clearly states that he was in custody on that date.

Adub, no expert here, but it appears to me that S Williams DID NOT spend time at CCNO. They suspended 4 days of his 30 day sentence and gave him 26 days of credit for the time he spent here in jail. Then put him on probation here, which he totally screwed up! IMO

Maybe I'm not following along well enough here. But, this convo started with some early on statement, from someone here at Mock, stating that the suspect in the Clarke/Straub murders was in custody on unrelated charges at sometime after the murders. He was. The court records attest to that fact. Just another nail in Sammy Sosa's coffin, imo.

He wasn't in Ccno for anything Toledo related...otherwise it would say "commit to CCNO" for however many days...I know this because my loser ex had to go there on more than one occasion. Only thing I can think is maybe he had to serve time through Sylvania or Maumee court, if he did in fact serve time?

Adub Thank-you! It can get confusing with Lucas County Dockets and I saw this on the TMC website with Vallie Bowman - English, Clerk of Courts this gives an accurate date of what went on 2011 and again he was sentenced to CCNO and he was forgiven again because he had already spent 26 days in Lucas Co and the Judge suspended 4 of the days - clearly BellaMia's family member didn't meet this Samuel Williams at CCNO. He still pays no heed to the Judge he keeps on violating his parole well, President Bill Clinton said once "three strikes and your out!"

So lets see between his Prostitution case and this above case mentioned it is possible he fled the area for a few weeks after the murders, my idea being if Johnny and Lisa put up one helluva fight for their lives some of these rotten bastards could be clawed, banged, gouged, you name it! they would want to hide out a week or two for scars to heal up!

Ya'll are just hating on Bella Smiley_emoticons_fies And I have seen on that Lucas Co booking summary where inmates are booked and held for transfer to another jurisdiction. Why would one of our Mock members make this shit up? Have we entered the toledo zone?

It was never stated that the in custody happened right after the murders. It was pretty clear that is was late spring/early summer.

So maybe Williams did take off right after the murders to let wounds heal....

Is that what I am hearing?

I agree it's a possibility . Also, think how paranoia must have been setting in. Watching everyone, wondering if they know that you just murdered two people.

He may have disappeared jusy not while he was in CCNO. SW didnt need food boxes he was being repaid. The times I mention are the times my family was there dont now wnen SW was sentenced just now he was there and their time overlapsed. Yes I know SW. Yes so does my "family member" No not another SW. I was just answering a small question. You can take what you want from it.

This is so fascinating BellaMia it really is! Any idea what Samuel Williams was being repaid for? So did you & your family member hang out with Samuel? Thanks for coming back on.

Yes, I said it befor food items. Im not getting into personal details about SW well my relatonship or my families with him. I just happened to know an answer to a question. I know about as much as the rest of you. I dont have alot of time during the day so mostly I get on at night. Im sure there are others here on MOCK that know him too. There has to be someone else who knew he was in jail to back me on this lol. If not I guess I just made it up. My twisted mind gets away from me.
