GUNS DON'T KILL PEOPLE, OR DO THEY?
(07-25-2015, 12:33 PM)Jimbone Wrote: As to the racial bullshit you threw into your post, that's nonsense and very aussie-like. It's no secret that I don't like Obama's policies. In my opinion, he's a terrible leader and a bad President.

But it's not because he is black. Really it isn't I swear

*snicker* what about Oprah? Her policies and leadership of your country piss you off too. Give me a friggin' break. I would have more respect for you if you just owned yer shit. But to hide behind weak cowardly rationale is almost unforgivable.

Oprah's "leadership of our country". hah

I laugh at that delusion now. However, Mr. Donald Trump is leading the polls in the race to be the next U.S. President and he says Oprah would be his first choice for Vice President.

Seeing as how they're about as compatible when it comes to social views as you and Jimbone, that would be one interesting ticket.

Aussie, the only thing Oprah ever lead was peoples money out of their wallets with bullshit book clubs or idiocy from her show. We're still having to deal with those morons Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil because of her.

But here we are, same shit different year with you. Apparently not liking someone who is black = racism to you. That defies logic.

Several times I've laid out why I don't like Obama, or Oprah. None of it has anything to do with their race, except to you. From your warped sense of the world, if I (or anyone) disagree with either of them it must be because I don't like black people. Or I don't like women. It can never be that I disagree with their policy or think they are a fraud, because if your world the only reason one could think those things is if they are a racist.

So when an Indigenous in Australia voted against Gillard, it was because they were misogynist racists too, yes? I'm using aussie-logic here, and I think I have it down pat!

Whatever you say aussie.

I'd just appreciate a well presented case with some examples that show I am a stinky racist. You never give any, you just hit and run... call me a racist, insist I'm a racist, and no back up. That's pretty weak. I'd have more respect for you if you'd just back your shit up with proof.

Some black people have a weird smell. An oily hair smell but people from India smell like curry and Italians smell like garlic. Aussie probably smells like a cat. But not a dog, they smell like wet rain and ass.

When racism wreaks, havoc should immediately follow. Otherwise, it's just wrong.

Jesus Christ, aussie, it's "reeks".

You've used the wrong freakin' wreak in one too many posts for me to let it slide yet again. Dramaqueen

My work is done. Carry on...

^ Elija Walker, 3, was shot to death by an 11-year-old boy in Detroit. RIP.

This time, the gun owner is being held legally responsible for the neglect that led to the death. It's sad for everyone involved, but I'm glad to see charges being filed against the negligent gun owner in this case.

The 11-year-old's father, ^ Curry Bryson of Detroit, was arraigned Monday in 36th District Court on charges of manslaughter, second-degree child abuse, felony firearm and altering identification marks on a weapon.

Bond was set at 10% of $10,000 and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 31 before Judge Ronald Giles.

The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said Monday the man stored the weapon in a "grossly negligent manner."

Bryson's 11-year-old son is charged in Juvenile Court with manslaughter.

Police say the older boy took a handgun from a closet at his father's home Aug. 3 and tossed it out a window. Police say he retrieved the gun and fired it while the children were inside a car parked in the backyard, striking Elijah Walker in the face.

Good. That age is old enough to know the difference between right & wrong and the consequences of his actions.

Where I grew up there was a case of a 9 year old killing a 7 year old. He got tried as an adult because he was deliberate in every step of the killing.

That's insane to me, absolutely insane. It makes me sad & disgusted that a 9 yr. could be that way.

The kid is being charged in juvenile court; I'm cool with that.

I think it's repulsive under any circumstances to charge a 9 year old as an adult. I don't care how "deliberate" he was; he has a child's brain and the emotional age of his years on the planet...9.

I want the little fuck punished in a big way. He's 9 yrs. old. He had enough sense to throw the gun out the window so he wouldn't be caught leaving the house with it. I think that's why he threw it out the window. He KNEW he'd be in trouble because he knows the gun is not for him to be playing around with. They hadn't better coddle the little bastard simply because of his age.
