Day 2. george is crying on the stand. i don't think he's wrapped real tight. dopey and whiny. and lying for his nasty skank daughter.
waiting to hear what brother Lee has to say.
3:15 p.m. -- Lee Anthony is on the stand saying law enforcement encouraged him to talk with Casey about the case since they couldn't talk with her. The court is now watching a jail house visit video of Casey and Lee.
3:06 p.m. -- Casey's brother, Lee Anthony takes the stand.
2:56 p.m. -- Hearing resumes
2:41 p.m. -- Court goes into recess
1:55 p.m. -- George Anthony takes the stand and is being cross examined by the State.
State is trying to prove George, his wife Cindy and son Lee, were conducting an independent investigation in hopes of finding Caylee. George says he would sell his soul to the devil to get his granddaughter back.
He became confrontational toward Asst. State Attorney Linda Drane Burdick. Burdick asked Judge to step in to get him to stop talking. George then cut the judge off. Judge stopped him and told him if he needed a break they would take a recess but that he is expected to answer the questions he is asked. George once again said this was difficult for him to talk about and he just wants to get it over with.
