I've just finished writing three hundred financial auditing questions to be presented at a deposition, tomorrow. Scratch that . . . finished polishing the questions.
Five hours ago, the attorney forwarded me the douchebag's ( the one who will be interrogated ) 2009 and 2010 Fed and State tax returns. "Could you give it a quick once over" says he. "I'm sure there's something hinky in there."
These goddammed last minute attorneys!
After a thirty minute review, even without ANY support documentation, it is obvious this douchebag is a thief and a fraud.
I'm pissed because now I am scratching 120 previously written questions and composing at least another 80, specifically designed to expose this fucker.
And I'm doubly pissed at the sellout CPA who rubber stamped his return. Not to mention the slackers at the IRS. I'm considering dropping a dime on the both of them.
C'mon! How many people do you know have an effective tax rate of NEGATIVE 25.7% and are netting low six figures?
