A preliminary examination for 21-year-old Sean Michael Phillips, charged with kidnapping in the disappearance of a missing 5-month-old Ludington girl, has been postponed until Aug. 3.
The preliminary hearing, scheduled for 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, was rescheduled after Phillips' attorney, Annette Smedley, said she had not had time to review all police reports in the case. HORSESHIT!
