Maybe cornstarch instead of the flour? The flour is there to thicken the juices. Cornstarch, or tapioca, works better. If you are going to use flour, use more next time.

Don't feel badly. Half the time I make fudge it ends up being ice cream topping.

Does anybody have a juicer? Do you have any juice recipes that don't taste like ass? I don't care what anybody says, next time I'm peeling the carrots and taking the bitter seeds out of the apples. I already tried adding pineapple and ginger, didn't help that much.
