i think it was shit-stirring also. or flinging.
my cousin is Miami homicide, he doesn't believe his 'brothers' did that, and i have to agree unless it was proven otherwise. i know feelings were running very hot, but it's still a brother (and sister)hood!
the possibility exists however, there are always some assholes in every dept.
