Hmmm interesting I wonder if this is the actual case only because I was speaking with a local earlier who took a drive down there when everything was going on and she heard Kathy Stover speaking with news about 1⁄2 hr before reports of a black bag containing 'something' was put into the ambulance. I know it's all over the rumor sites but there have been confirmations of some pretty trustworthy peoria that saw this. Although whatever is in the black bag could on all reality be nothing significant. Sigh.
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.
