Bashara Must Give Handwriting Sample without Attorney Present

FOX 2's Alexis Wiley reports that Bob Bashara must give a handwriting sample without his attorney present after a judge denied a motion by his attorney Wednesday.

Bashara has been called a person of interest in his wife's murder, but has not been charged. Jane Bashara was found dead last January on Detroit's east side in the back of her Mercedes.
Bashara handyman Joe Gentz has been charged with murder and conspiracy in the case. He faces a competency exam in early May.
