Well they may go after whatever money and property they have, and if it's found that he tried to hide his assets (like Zimmerman had his wife do) they'll find it and take it.

Civil action is a bit different than criminal, and if she's legally married to him still she's responsible for everything he owns, and all that. She may not be criminally liable or accountable, but she's financially culpable in civil court.

I hope they get him enough lube though, he's going to need it.
