We can't afford homies and troops. You would think the violent homies would be good troops, but they scatter if you shoot at them. (Which I have always wanted to try, btw.)
The boy is headed to Brunei in a few days to teach them how to find explosive caches. Apparently we haven't pissed off ALL the Muslims in the world yet, so we are going to give it a hell of a try. Nothing seems to piss countries off like having us help them.
