I also heard on the replay that the new evidence was a couple pictures of male gentalia and either a sex tape or phone sex recording, not sure which. Because the witness couldn't say who the male gentalia was the prosecution objected and I think that may have been what they are considering new evidence? the witness did hold up the pictures while in the witness box so if the jury was looking at him they would have seen it, because I don't think it was introduced as evidence or as an exhibit but again I didnt get to see the whole thing and HLN keeps only showing clips and cutting it up at certain points. I am sucked into this thing that when HLN cuts it off I turn on the live feeds on the computer at the end of the day and do things around the house or school work!
