Just heard that Jodi did testify today about allegedly catching Travis masturbating to pictures of boys, but it wasn't on the night that she killed him (and the boys were in underwear in the photos). She forgave him and kept seeing him; she wanted to keep him from hurting little kids. Says Jodi, the bullshit queen.
She also testified today about Travis beating her, but that was on another occasion when he wanted to borrow money and Jodi said "no".
I think that the way InSession interpreted the transcript this morning was wrong, or I misunderstood, and these alleged incidents aren't tied to the night of the murder. Apologies for any confusion. Looks like Jodi's still going with the "dropping the camera assault" as the incident which caused her to kill Alexander in self defense, for now anyway.
