I'm hoping Martinez focuses on the fact that her "expert" opinion is based solely on the one-sided statements of a liar. One cannot ask for clarification from a dead man regarding his texts, emails and VMs.
You know . . . like the jury does with a witness.
I found it interesting when she was gettin' all folksy and blabbing about how she asks group members to recall traumatic experiences of abuse (physical/emotional - threats, injury, helplessness) from their past and what they did to cope.
Unlike Jodi, it seems these folks were able to recall and describe the event in its entirety. She's even used the term PTSD. Go figure!
Maybe I just misunderstood.
