While testifying as an expert, a trial court judge in TN stated that Dr. G's testimony was completely without merit.
Court claimed he was a "hired gun".
And in HI, the court also excluded part of his testimony.
It appears that Martinez is introducing a published article supporting DeMarte's conclusion of BPD as indicated by Arias' MMPI 2.
Martinez's postition is that Arias' test results were skewed (due to malingering) because she had something to gain.
