^ This is the third time that de la Rionda is requesting a gag order. Since she denied the previous two gag requests, kinda doubt that Judge Nelson will gag O'Mara this time either.
But, maybe because it's so close to the trial and jury selection, the prosecutor has a better chance of having his motion granted.
I don't know how much more O'Mara has even gathered in terms of texts/photos; a lot was released just this week. But, I think the gag order would apply to interviews as well?
