So, Hong Kong has made a public statement that Snowden is not welcome back.
Ecuadorian President, Correa, has made a public statement that the country has seen the request for asylum, but they won't consider it unless he's already in Ecuador.
Obama has made a public statement labeling Snowden a hacker and someone whose crimes are not worthy of scrambling jets or risking international relations to intercept him. He says that countries should just turn him over so the matter can be handled legally in the US.
