Kyron Horman, age 7, missing in Oregon
#83
Maybe some movement on this case.

Desiree Young on Tuesday withdrew her civil suit against the stepmother of her missing son Kyron Horman, saying she didn't want to jeopardize the 3-year-old criminal investigation into the boy's disappearance.

In front of the downtown Justice Center, Young announced she had been advised by her lawyer to drop the case against Terri Moulton Horman.

Kyron's father, Kaine Horman, also dismissed a restraining order against Terri Horman, and their stalled divorce case is set to proceed next month.

This is the part that gives me hope Kyron will be found:

Young's attorneys already had questioned Terri Horman's son and Terri Horman's friend, DeDe Spicher, but Spicher declined to answer any significant questions during her deposition. Spicher has since testified in recent weeks before a grand jury, Young's lawyer, Elden Rosenthal, revealed Tuesday.

If Spicher has testified before the grand jury maybe some light will be shed on Kyron's disappearance. I hope he will be found to give his parents some closure.
