How else would one cleanse their palate between courses?
I didn't even do the ginger when I lived in Japan, even though I mostly went with the flow on everything else. Just not a ginger fan.

No "Michigan Roll", but the assorted sashimi tray is so good.
The Tsunami hand-roll is great too.
