You really haven't been around much on that continent, have you? Cinnamon is very Arabic, they put it on their Corn Flakes, Raki and KY Jelly, but once you go black, meaning leaving the north of Africa, it gets less and less, apart from the East African coast, which is the part of Africa that's on the right side next to the big blue thing. Then you get to the South, which is down, and it gets more spicy.
