Three pet ferrets chewed off a newborn's face while she was strapped in her carseat. Her parents were upstairs and the baby was alone. These people have four other kids they can't properly care for because they are challenged.

I don't like the government in our business and I surely don't like dictatorship but this is fuckin' ridiculous. If you can't take care of yourself, don't reproduce. What is so difficult to understand about that? Take away their right to breed for godssake. Fix them like you would a dog.
