I think that's probably accurate.

I saw on Noon News that vote was 11-1 and that one of the jurors said that the one holdout started out with anti-death penalty platform.
If that's true it means that either the prosecution didn't do his due dilligence in jury selection, or the juror lied when asked.

Well, I think his words were something like she went into deliberations with a preconceived idea of how she was going to vote, which to me, translated to an "anti-death penalty" opinion....and yes, if true, your statement is correct.
