I just read a report that contradicts some of the things we've been told by the police. A shooting reconstruction expert states that Tamir was shot and killed in less than one second of the police pulling upon him, he says there was no time for any meaningful exchange between Tamir & police and that Tamir was killed with his hands in his pockets.
