The 911 caller made a point of telling the dispatcher of a distinct and specific possibility in regard to the subject; the subject who he witnessed first hand. Relevant information, Cutz.
Your attempts to equate the 911 dispatch's failure to communicate relevant first-hand information to the responding officers to irrelevant alien and terrorist possibilities falls flat.
